Phillip D. Blackmon Jr.
Mr. Blackmon specializes in all types of insurance defense litigation matters including claims brought for premises liability, products liability, commercial litigation and workers' compensation. He was counsel for the prevailing party in the Florida Supreme Court's leading case on equitable subrogation for workers' compensation liens. He regularly lectures to clients and members of the defense bar on current topics in the law.
